2. Order Processing Time
Orders enter production within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, cancellations/modifications may not be possible. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by region: Singapore (7-10 days), US/Canada/Europe/Australia/NZ (10-14 days), other international locations (14-21 days). Total delivery time includes 1-3 days processing plus transit. Customs or carrier delays may extend these estimates.
4. Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard shipping is included. Expedited options may appear at checkout for additional fees. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order contents during checkout.
5. International Shipping & Customs Duties
