Return and Refund Policy
At Bitcoiner.io, every product is custom-made upon order using print-on-demand suppliers (Printful, Printify, Gelato). Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
1. Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements
We only approve requests for:
✅ Defective/Damaged Items – Misprints, manufacturing flaws, or damage during shipping.
✅ Wrong Item Received – If you received an incorrect product.
✅ Lost in Transit – Confirmed by the carrier (we’ll replace or refund).
Not Eligible For:
❌ Wrong size selection (check size charts before ordering).
❌ Change of mind (all items are printed on demand).
❌ Shipping delays (beyond our control).
2. How to Request a Refund/Replacement
Within 7 days of delivery,with:
- 📸 Photos of the issue (product + packaging).
- 📦 Order number and description of the problem.
We’ll review your case and work with our suppliers to resolve it.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
- Replacements may be offered instead of refunds.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
- Orders are processed immediately after payment.
- Contact us within 12 hours of purchase to cancel/modify (no guarantees).
5. Shipping Issues
- Wrong Address? Reshipment fees apply. No refunds for undeliverable packages.
- Marked "Delivered" but Missing? Check with neighbors/carriers first. We’re not liable for stolen packages.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on our website.
